The Future of Leadership - Leading from the Heart
From left to right: Mr. Raj Agarwal, Ms. Vibha Tara, Mr. N.K. Chaudhary and Luis Gallardo
As the moderator for the discussion, Luis Gallardo, opened the panel discussion by warmly welcoming the audience and expressing excitement about the session just before lunch. He emphasised the uniqueness of the panel, highlighting that the leaders present truly “walk the talk” when it comes to happiness and well-being—something he noted is rare, as many speak about these values but few actively practice them. Luis introduced the topic, “Future of Leadership from the Heart,”
and lauded the three Indian leaders as inspiring global examples of heart-centred leadership.
